Growth drives me in life.
My kids, are my greatest accomplishments; I call them ‘my kids’ because ‘my students’ doesn’t describe how much I was passionate about them and their growth. They brought life to my world and kept on pushing me to grow myself.
In 2013, I spent a year in the University of Oxford where I received my Master’s degree in Child Development and Education. In that year alone, I felt that I grew more mentally and socially, than I ever have in my past years.
In 2014 on, I faced some dark times, but Steer North was one of the lights that pulled me from the darkness, and led me to hold my head high, and hope to ride for change! Change for myself and hope to make a change in the lives of others.
I ride to add a glimpse of hope to the lives of the patients, the families, and the communities affected. I ride with and for our Mike.
